Do I need insurance to be seen?
No, insurance is not required.
All members have the ability to utilize the full benefits of the Access Health US program (part of the OptimalMD).
How long will I have to wait to be seen?
Our average, wait time is 17 minutes once you have logged into the portal and requested to see a physician.
Primary Care appointments need to be made in advance with the physician of your choice. Same day and next day appointments are available with many of our physicians.
Is access to Urgent Care available on holidays?
Urgent Care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. We do not restrict access on holidays or weekends.
How do I know if I need urgent care or the emergency room?
If you feel your condition is life-threatening please call 911 immediately.
You need to be seen in a hospital or call an ambulance. Chest pain, difficulty breathing and other conditions reqire immediate medical attention.
